November Winter Storm Shatters Snow Record In Delaware Valley

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Thursday's snowstorm was one for the record books, the National Weather Service says.
Officials say the Nov. 15th storm was the snowiest Nov. 15th-- ever.
The storm also ranks in the top 10 for one-day November snowfalls for Philadelphia, Allentown, and Wilmington.
