New Center City Mural Highlights Black Lives Matter Movement
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A new mural in Center City is highlighting the Black Lives Matter movement. The mural, named "Crown," was dedicated Tuesday.
It's in the windows of the Municipal Services Building, near the former site of the statue of former Mayor Frank Rizzo.
"Crown" is a modernized version of the neo-classical masterpiece "Liberty Leading The People" by Eugene Delacroix.
