More Than 200 Girls Treated To Prom Shopping Experience
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- More than 200 young women were treated to the full prom dress shopping experience.
Eyewitness News was at the Cozen PAL Center at 17th and Brown Streets Tuesday where Law Firm Cozen O'Connor hosted a prom boutique.
The young ladies got to find the perfect dress -- as well as shoes and accessories.
They even learned some makeup application techniques -- all at no cost!
