4-year-old missing from Phoenixville, Pa. located: police

PHOENIXVILLE, Pa. (CBS) -- A 4-year-old child was found safe after police put out a missing person advisory early Thursday morning.

The child went missing from Phoenixville in Chester County Wednesday night.
