Man Shot In North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man was a shot twice in North Philadelphia early Sunday morning.
According to police, the shooting occurred on the 2600 block of North Franklin street around 1:30 a.m.
The victim was shot once in the back and once in the arm.
He was transported to the hospital and placed in stable condition.
