Man Injured In East Frankford Shooting
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A shooting investigation is underway in the city's East Frankford section. Gunshots rang out just before 2 a.m. Monday on the 1800 block of Herbert Court.
Police say a man was shot. He is in stable condition.
So far, no arrests have been made.
