Lucy The Elephant Running For President

MARGATE, NJ (CBS) – Can't decide between Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump?

A new, local candidate has emerged… Lucy the Elephant!

According to Lucy's website, she will be announcing her candidacy for President to celebrate her 135th birthday on Saturday, July 23.

"Cast your vote and join us for a day filled with carnival games, activities, rides, food, and much more!"

The event is from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Plus, at 3 p.m. you can sing "Happy Birthday" to Lucy and get free cake while supplies last.

According to the website, there is no on-site parking, but free parking and shuttle service will be provided at the Margate Municipal Building at 9001 Winchester Avenue in Margate, New Jersey.
