[LISTEN] Planning For A Heart-Healthy New Year

A new study by the University of Scranton in the Journal of Clinical Psychology finds nearly half of all Americans – 45% – make New Years' resolutions, and topping the list is the goal of losing weight. Ranking fifth is the intention to get fit and healthy.
But the same study finds a dismal 8% of us successfully achieve the goals we set as the holiday season closes each year.
