Legendary Sportscaster 'Big Al' Meltzer Dies At 89

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A legendary Philadelphia sports broadcaster has passed away.
Big Al Meltzer spent much of the 1970's as the sports director at KYW-3.
He was also the voice of Big 5 Basketball.
Big Al retired from broadcasting in 2003.
Big Al was 89 years old.
