Large Water Main Break Floods, Shuts Down Portion Of Roosevelt Boulevard In Northeast Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A very large water main break is causing some issues in Northeast Philadelphia. Authorities say an eight-inch main broke along Roosevelt Boulevard near Southampton Road on Wednesday night.
Chopper 3 was over the scene where water was gushing everywhere.
The southbound lanes of the boulevard are closed south of Southampton Road. One northbound lane is getting by.
