Large Police Presence Outside 2 Penn Center Following Threat
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police are investigating some sort of threat at the 2 Penn Center building in Center City.
Chopper 3 is over the scene on the 1500 block of JFK Boulevard where there is a large police presence.
Homeland security is also on the scene.
