Kenderton Elementary School Evacuated Due To Smoke

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Kenderton Elementary School was evacuated Friday morning after smoke was seen coming out of the elevator shaft.
The school located on 1500 West Ontario Street in the city's Tioga section was evacuated shortly after 11:30 a.m.
The lockdown was lifted shortly after and students were dismissed for early dismissal.
There were no reported injuries.
