Soldier From Dover, Delaware Dies During Training Exercise In Washington State, Army Says
DOVER, Del. (CBS) -- The Army says a soldier from Dover, Delaware died during a training exercise in Washington state. Private first class Joseph Alejandro Marquez was 20-years-old.
Marquez joined the Army last year. The Army says Marquez died after a vehicle accident at the Yakima Training Center on Monday.
In a statement, the Blackhawk Squadron says Marquez was known for his laughter, and the light he spread everywhere he went.
