4 Injured After Car Collides With Pole In Camden County, Closing Roadway

CLEMENTON, N.J. (CBS) -- Chopper 3 was live over the scene of an accident in Camden County on Wednesday afternoon.

Officials say that a car crashed into a pole. Four people were injured as a result.

Authorities say that all of those injured were taken to local hospitals for treatment. They add that one person suffered severe injuries and was taken to Cooper University Hospital.

There are also downed wires in the area and the White Horse Pike, at Trout Avenue, was shut down in both directions.

Authorities say that traffic is expected to be tied up for some time in the area.
