"I Refuse To Pay $10 For An Uber, I Pay $24 For A Weekly SEPTA Pass"

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Lots of frustration as employees and students try to figure out how to get around and union employees are striking with picket signs for 'dignity and justice on the job.'

Buses began making their final stops at midnight and commuter frustration started heating up as some people were just getting off work or heading in to the job.

Commuters tell CBS3's Justin Finch they are hoping an agreement is reached soon. One city resident told Finch she thinks anyone who paid for a weekly pass should get a refund.
