Gloucester Township Police Officer Found Guilty After Being Caught On Video Hitting 13-Year-Old Girl In Face
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) -- A Gloucester Township police officer caught on body camera footage smacking a 13-year-old girl in the face was found guilty of official misconduct Wednesday afternoon. Officer John Flinn had already been suspended from the force.
The incident happened while Flinn handcuffed the girl at a group home in 2018.
