Getting Back In Shape With 7 Deuce Sports In Medford

So it's February and that New Year's resolution to get in shape is just a distant memory.

You can get back on track!

To tell you how is former Eagle Tra Thomas and trainer Joe Johnsonbaugh. Thomas is the owner of 7DeuceSports in Medford, New Jersey.

1. Close pushup to wide pushup. Start in a pushup position with a close hand and foot position. Step left foot and left hand out to side. Do a pushup and return back to center. Repeat right side to perform a pushup.
2. Squat jumps.
3. Twisting knee tucks.
4. Wide stance feet squat jump (frog jump).
5. Yoga/hindu pushup(inverted pushup).
6. Plank march (ab plank lifting your feet off the floor). Forearm plank position. Alternate lifting your feet off the ground.
7. Split squat jumps. Lunge position. Left foot forward first. Drop down and explode up and hop off the ground. Perform 15 seconds per leg.
8. Sphinx/ tricep pushup Resume same plank position. Go from a low plank position to a high plank (push up) position.

*30 seconds per exercise.
No rest between exercises.
1 minute break.
Repeat 2 more times.
Workout last 15 total minutes.
Complete in this order for a complete workout.
