Franklin Square Fall Fundraiser To Run All October
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)--Franklin Square Park at the base of the Ben Franklin Bridge will be bustling with activity in October.
You can expect "spooky mini-golf every weekend night in October. Children can pick a free pumpkin and decorate it from the pumpkin patch October 22nd and October 23rd," Mark McCollum, Promotions and Guest Services Coordinator for Historic Philadelphia, says.
McCollum also says the fundraiser--along with the sales of individual bricks--is what funds Franklin Square, which has become a destination for Delaware Valley families and tourists alike.
