Flames Break Out At Philadelphia Housing Authority Building In Center City
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The cause of a fire at the Philadelphia Housing Authority building in Center City is under investigation. Crews were called to the building at 20th and Chestnut Streets, just after 9 a.m. Monday.
There were no reports of any injuries.
