'Fall' Into Shape This Season

Wow! It is hard to believe that the unofficial end of summer is here. Personally, I enjoy the fall. You might be thinking, I really don't care if he enjoys the fall, get to the point. Well, the point is that I like the fall because it can be the best time of year to begin an exercise program.

Think about it. The weather will be changing and the temperatures will be dropping but around this area we have been having mild temperatures into December. This means that outdoor activities -- walking , biking, tennis, and all of the other things we can do to relax and get moving, and which happen to be free -- are all available to us.

Many of us make New Year's resolutions to exercise but it is difficult in the mid-winter. Take advantage of the time we have right now and get yourself into shape.
