Coronavirus Philadelphia: Young People In North Philly Serve Neighbors With Free Grocery Delivery
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Young people are serving their neighbors in North Philadelphia during the coronavirus pandemic. Members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association packed up groceries Sunday.
Eyewitness News was at the Philly Mosque pantry at 12th and Greenwood Streets.
The association has partnered with Humanity First to offer a free grocery delivery service.
The members say service is not only their civic duty but also part of their faith.
