Cops: 18-Year-Old Charged In Connection With Cobbs Creek Shooting That Killed Teen
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police say an 18-year-old has been charged in connection with the murder of a teen boy in Cobbs Creek in July.
Police say 18-year-old Kywayne Hill turned himself into investigators on Wednesday, August 10.
Authorities say Tyhir Barnes, 15, was fatally shot after an argument over a playground basketball game on July 11.
Police say Hill has been charged with murder, attempted murder, criminal conspiracy and related offenses.
A 16-year-old has also been charged in connection with the murder.
