Cat Recovering After Being Found In South Jersey Dumpster With BB Gun Pellet Lodged In Skull
CEDARVILLE, N.J. (CBS) -- A cat is recovering after being found inside a South Jersey dumpster with a BB gun pellet lodged in their skull. A public works employee in Lawrence Township in Mercer County discovered the cat on Saturday morning at the municipal dump.
The BB pellets were discovered during veterinary care and may be an old injury that healed over time.
The cat is now named Grace.
She is recovering at Freedom Farm Animal Rescue.
