Bicyclist Struck By Hit-And-Run Driver In Spring Garden
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A 26-year-old man on a bicycle is now in stable condition after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver in Spring Garden. It happened around 2:30 a.m. Monday at 11th and Spring Garden Streets.
Police say the driver of the car then drove off.
Investigators are looking for the driver of a black car with tinted windows.
