Annual South Jersey Hoagie Fundraiser Raises Money For Sick Children

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The 2011 Helping Hands Hoagie Fundraiser is expected to surpass last year's $21,500 donations.

The money raised goes to local families who have children in the Washington Township School District who are suffering with life-threatening medical conditions.

This Sunday more than 300 students, children and volunteers joined together inside the Orchard Valley Middle School cafeteria to make 4,000 hoagies.
