Alleged Homicide Suspect, Police Involved In Hours-Long Standoff In North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A suspect held police at bay Thursday afternoon in North Philadelphia, according to police. Chopper 3 was over the scene on the 3100 block of North Bancroft Street.
Authorities say officers observed a homicide suspect go into that building around 12:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
But when police entered the building, they did not find the suspect.
