Activists In Center City Take Stand Against Dakota Access Pipeline
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A small group of activists gathered outside of the Wells Fargo bank and museum in Center City today to show their support for opponents of the Dakota Access pipeline.
The bank is one of the investors in the project.

"Stop Dakota Access!"
About 10 people holding signs and a giant fake black snake endured the biting wind on Broad Street, chanting and trying to convince customers to stash their cash elsewhere.
"They have power, too, as customers of Wells Fargo, not necessarily workers at Wells Fargo, but just that there's other places they can put their money and Wells Fargo will feel that effect."
Juliette Gobin helped organize this. Through quivering lips, she said enough oil has been spilled already.
"Just 10 days ago, there was a pipeline spill a couple hundred miles, in North Dakota, a couple hundred miles from Standing Rock reservation. It happens all the time."
Bank managers declined to comment when asked about the protest.
