Philadelphia police investigate fatal Rising Sun Avenue hit-and-run
Philadelphia police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run that happened in the Olney section of Philadelphia this week.
The crash happened on the 5500 block of Rising Sun Avenue early Thursday morning, according to police.
