Accident Causing Major Delays On I-95 In South Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - An accident involving a tractor trailer is causing a major traffic jam on I-95 in South Philadelphia.
Only one lane is getting by on the northbound side from the Walt Whitman Bridge approaching Washington Avenue.
A fuel spill is now being reported.
