76ers Look For Second Straight Win Vs. Knicks

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- After snapping their NBA record 28-game losing streak (dating back to last season) and improving to 1-18 this season with a win over the Lakers last night, the 76ers will try to make it back-to-back victories tonight as they visit the New York Knicks.

The Sixers beat Los Angeles at the Center 103-91 as Robert Covington led the way with 23 points. It was Philadelphia first win since they won in Denver way back on March 25th.

New York is 8-10 this season and the Knicks bring a four game losing streak into this game. They last played on Sunday when they lost at home to Houston in overtime, 116-111.

KYW's Matt Leon spoke with Bob Cooney of the Philadelphia Daily News about Jahlil Okafor's off the court issues and tonight's game with the Knicks.
