Police: 4-Year-Old Girl Critical After Being Struck By Car In Juniata
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police announced that a 4-year-old is fighting for their life after being struck by a vehicle on Thursday night.
According to police, a 4-year-old girl was hit on the 4200 block of L Street in the city's Juniata section. After investigating, police say the girl ran out into the street after passing through two parked vehicles.
Officials say she was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital. She was listed in critical condition. Authorities say she suffered a broken arm and head trauma.
Police say that after the incident, they did not suspect it to be a DUI situation.
