Two-Vehicle Crash Leaves Car Flipped On Side, Snarls Morning Rush-Hour Traffic In Spring Garden
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A two-vehicle crash left a car on its side and tied up rush-hour traffic on Wednesday morning. It happened at the intersection of 16th Street and Spring Garden, around 8:45 a.m.
At least one person was taken to the hospital.
That person's condition is unknown.
The Philadelphia Fire Department says it's unclear how the crash happened.
