2 Northbound Lanes On Roosevelt Boulevard Back Open After Crews Investigate Water Main Leak

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Two northbound lanes on Roosevelt Boulevard are back open after the Philadelphia Water Department investigated a water main leak.
The right and center lanes at North 2nd Street were closed on Monday morning as crews worked to identify the leak.
Crews finished around 3 p.m. and the road is back open.
