2 Men Arrested For Vandalism Of Vacant Center City Building
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police have made two arrests Monday morning for vandalism.
Officials say the men were throwing debris onto the streets from a building under construction on Broad and Arch Street in Center City.
This happened shortly after 1 a.m. Monday morning.
Police found the two men using search dogs hiding inside the vacant building.
An investigation is underway.
