1 Teen Dead, 1 Critical After Crash In Northeast Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Shortly before 4 a.m. a driver lost control of his car near Grant Avenue and Krewstown Road in Northeast Philadelphia and smashed into a tree.

Police say the unidentified teenage girl, in the front passenger seat, was ejected from the car and killed instantly.

A teenage boy, who was driving, is in very critical condition at Aria Hospital Torresdale.

Police are continuing their investigation.
