PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A triple shooting left one man dead and two others injured in Kensington on Tuesday night. Police arrived at the scene of East Ontario and North Water Streets, near the Prime Time Sports Bar, around 11:15 p.m.
That's where they found a 46-year-old man who had been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say that man was found lying next to his pickup truck, which was also hit by gunfire.
A 26-year-old man and a 55-year-old man were both shot and are in stable condition.
"Due to the fact the 46-year-old who died was shot so many times, it appears that victim was the intended target. We are not certain if the other two were hit by stray gunfire or they were the intended target also," said Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small.
Police say at least 18 shots were fired.
They say nearby cameras captured two men running from the scene.
No arrests have been made.
