Investigators say the man was shot multiple times around 11:30 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Newkirk and Walter Streets.
The accident happened just before 1 a.m. Monday in the eastbound lanes of I-76 between the Green Lane and Interstate 476 exits.
The shooting happened at 22nd and Jackson Streets just before 8 p.m.
Officials say the issue began around 5:30 p.m. Saturday impacting Departments of State, Revenue, Human Services and Liquor Control Board.
The region will top out near 70 degrees Sunday afternoon as temperatures quickly warm with dry air in place and abundance of sunshine.
The shooting happened on the 1600 block of North 60th Street just before 11 p.m. Saturday.
