Would You Rather Work for a Man or a Woman?
Over the years, I've had many conversations with businessfolk about what they like (and dislike) about their managers. I've noticed that most people have a distinct preference to work for one gender over the other.
This is a sensitive issue because admitting such a preference is opening yourself to accusations of bigotry. So I thought it would be interesting to have an anonymous poll, just to see what people really think.
