Watch: Dallas public transit van causes five-car pileup

(CBS News) Highway surveillance video caught a crash on June 29 when a Dallas public transit vehicle going full-speed slammed into a car waiting on an exit ramp. The crash caused a chain reaction that involved a total of five vehicles. Two people were injured.

Police are investigating why the van driver failed to slow down.
