Victoria Rowell: Overcoming Obstacles
Many of you know Victoria as a soap star from "The Young and the Restless," but what you may not know about her is that she spent her entire youth as a ward of the state and in foster care. She's written an incredible book called "The Women Who Raised Me." A talented dancer and actress, Victoria's beautiful inside and out.
I asked Victoria to share her inspiration.
I was never meant to be raised by one mother, but by many. That being said, I have had the good fortune of being raised in America's foster care system ... by Americans at their best.
