At a rally Thursday night in Fort Dodge, Iowa, Donald Trump spent nearly an hour and a half bashing just about everyone -- his rivals like Ben Carson and Hillary Clinton, and even the voters of Iowa. He also explained, in blunt terms, how he would destroy the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Here are five quotes from the event:

Trump on Carson's alleged stabbing attempt

"He lunged that knife into the stomach of his friend but low and behold, it hit the belt! It hit the belt. And the knife broke. Give me a break," Trump said about Carson's claim in his book that he tried to stab a friend with a knife when he was younger but the friend's belt buckle saved him.

"So I have a belt. Somebody hits you in the belt the knife is going in because the belt moves this way. It moves this way. It moves that way. He hit the belt buckle. You want to try it on me? Believe me it ain't going to work."

Trump compares Carson to a child molester:

Trump said Carson admitted he had a pathological disease and Trump proceeded to compare Carson to a child molester.

"He said he has pathological disease," he said. "I said that if you're a child molester, a sick puppy, you're a child molester - there's no cure for that, there's only one cure we don't wanna talk about that cure - that's the ultimate cure. There's two, there's death and the other thing."

Trump calls Iowa voters stupid:

After repeating Carson's story about the alleged stabbing attempt and Carson's pushback at media that have been questioning his account, Trump said, "How stupid are the people of Iowa? How stupid are people to believe this crap?"

Trump says Hillary Clinton is playing the woman card:

"'I'm telling you, she's gonna lose. Because people are sick and tired of watching what's going on - they are sick and tired with her and her whole big attitude," he said.

"She's playing the woman card up, that's all she has. Honestly, outside of the woman card, she's got nothing going, believe me. She's playing the woman's card bigly and I know so many women [who] say wouldn't vote for her. If you give me a million dollars, I wouldn't vote for her."

Trump on his plan to take down ISIS:

He said he knows "more about ISIS than [U.S.] generals do" and explained how he would destroy the terrorist group.

"I would bomb the sh*t out of them," he said. "I would just bomb those suckers. And that's right, I'd blow up the pipes. I'd blow up the refineries. I'd blow up every single inch," adding that the U.S. would then take their oil.
