Tia Mowry gives birth to a son
(CBS) Former "Sister Sister" star Tia Mowry is now a mom.
The actress and her husband, actor Cory Hardrict, welcomed a son on Tuesday in Los Angeles, her rep confirmed to People magazine.
The baby boy weighed in at 8 pounds, according to the report. No name was given.
Mowry, 32, currently stars on "The Game" and is reuniting on the small screen with sister Tamara Mowry for a reality show, called "Tia & Tamara," set to premiere in August on the Style Network.
Mowry and Hardrict married in 2008, and announced the pregnancy in January.
