The Bucket: Smashed guitars and drunk kitchens
(CBS) - Broken guitars. Drunk chefs. Mind-bending art. Just another typical week at The Feed. Prepare to dive into the Bucket and dig through the best last week had to offer. It's the best way to prepare for the week ahead. And it's so filling!
First up is some twisted stop-motion from the land down under. Melbourne-based art group ENESS created this video, called "MOBIUS", from twenty-one different triangles. The result is a twirling, earth-surfing work of art.
From the world of innovative performance art to the world of... failed performance art. Smashing your guitar on the stage after an amazing concert is definitely rock n' roll. Smashing a guitar over your head repeatedly and failing to break it is definitely not.
As for actual musicians using their instruments the correct way, we've got that too. 2CELLOS are Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser. They play cellos. And they rock.
Finally, a video from our little slice of the Internet. Comedienne Hannah Hart has been an online sensation for months with her web show, "My Drunk Kitchen." I had a chance to meet up the inebriated chef and ask her about her recent brush with Internet celebrity. In this, the premier episode of our new series "FeedForward", we learn - among other things - that there's really only one way an afternoon of Rice Krispies and gin can turn out.
