TD Ameritrade Meeting Will Be Available Online

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - Online brokerage TD Ameritrade's annual shareholder meeting will be broadcast online this year for the first time.

The Omaha-based company plans to hold its meeting at 9 a.m. on Feb. 16 at the Hilton Omaha downtown.

Shareholders who can't attend the meeting will be able to watch it live online through Ameritrade's corporate site, www.amtd.com. They will also be able to submit questions to company's investor relations staff ahead of time.

At the meeting, shareholders will have an opportunity to voice their approval or disapproval for Ameritrade's executive compensation policies, but the advisory vote will not be binding.

TD Ameritrade Holding Corp. shareholders will also vote on several routine items, such as the re-election of directors.
