Swanson Takes On Anna Nicole On "L&O"
Actress Kristy Swanson stars as an Anna Nicole Smith type-figure in a "ripped from the headlines" episode of "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" airing Tuesday on NBC.
Swanson ("Buffy The Vampire Slayer") plays a former stripper-turned model and widow of a 90-year-old billionaire who mysteriously dies just days after her young son passes away.
New mother Swanson filmed this episode before losing her baby weight, The Associated Press reports.
David Cross ("Arrested Development") plays her lawyer-companion and Peter Bogdanovich ("The Last Picture Show") also guest stars in the episode airing Tuesday at 9 p.m.
