Spain Blames ETA for Bomb Attack that Killed Spanish Policeman

A bomb blamed by local authorities on the Basque separatist group ETA exploded early Wednesday outside a police barracks in the Basque region of northern Spain, killing one policeman and wounding four others, the Spanish authorities said.
