Slap Chop Pitchman Vince Shlomi Alleges Scientologists Ripped Him Off for Millions

Vince Shlomi's week just got worse. The pitchman for ShamWow and Slap Chop ("you're going to love my nuts") was embarrassed after it emerged that he's been arrested for allegedly beating up a hooker in Miami (charges were dropped). Now Gawker has gotten hold of a suit he filed against his former business partners over the profits from a device called the Chopper, which is similar to the Slap Chop that Shlomi is currently touting on TV.

In that suit, Shlomi alleges he built a $1 million empire selling the Chopper in malls before his former partners, Scientologists, cut him out and launched a "black propaganda" campaign against him. The suit claims his partners:

...falsely accused plaintiff of being a pornographer, sex pervert and criminal who committed a crime against Scientology by spending more money on his movie project than on Scientology courses and processing.
Shlomi got his fellow flock members into the business because he has been a Scientologist since 1982, the suit says.

You can download a copy of the complaint here.

The whole thing gives new meaning to Vince's pitch, which starts:

You're going to be slapping your troubles away with Slap Chop.
UPDATE: Police release new pictures from the blood-spattered hotel room where the fight with the hooker took place.
