Sixers Sign Rookie MacCulloch
The Philadelphia 76ers signed rookie center Todd MacCulloch and free agent Bruce Bowen, the team announced Thursday.
MacCulloch will earn the league minimum of $301,875 for this season.
A 7-foot center from the University of Washington, MacCulloch was drafted 47th overall by Philadelphia in the second round of the 1999 NBA Draft.
Bowen is a three-year veteran who spent the past two seasons in Boston, where he averaged 4.5 points and 2.5 rebounds per game. The 6-foot-7, 200 pound forward from Cal State-Fullerton played his first season for the Miami Heat.
