Selena Gomez calls Justin Bieber relationship "crazy" and "intense"

Selena Gomez has been pretty mum on her relationship with Justin Bieber, but now she's opening up a bit, calling their time together "crazy" and "intense."

Just how crazy and intense are we getting here, Selena? Although the 20-year-old star didn't go into too much detail, she did tell InStyle, "It's uncomfortable that everywhere I go, people know," adding, "I don't like that. But Justin and I never really focused on the attention. You can't help who you date. So I wouldn't swear off that or say that's what I want again. I don't know."

Gomez, who first split with Bieber last fall, said, "I'm a kid, and a breakup is normal. I have to go through the emotions and feel it out. I'm doing my own thing, being with my friends, and he's doing very well too."

The on-again, off-again couple may very well be on again. They were spotted together recently, but there's no official word on a rekindled romance.

But one thing is for sure. The split inspired one of Gomez's new songs.

She told the magazine that "Love Will Remember" is about Bieber, explaining, "That's the most personal track on the record, for sure. I think it's a sweet way of releasing it. It's not an aggressive approach to what people are probably expecting...I'm sure he'll love it too."

The new issue of InStyle hits newsstands May 17.

Gomez's new album, "Stars Dance," will be out this year. She released a video this week for "Come & Get It," one of the new tracks. Watch it below:
