Sanders supporters take the "feel the Bern" internet challenge

Supporters of Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vermont, for president have started a social media video challenge to show how they "feel the Bern."

According to a website for the challenge, people who back Sanders for 2016 are asked to record video of themselves either eating a hot pepper, downing a teaspoon of hot sauce or doing strenuous activity to "feel the Bern."

They are then asked to post those videos on social media. The challenge is reminiscent of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge that went viral several months ago.

The website says the challenge is run by volunteers and not Sanders' official campaign.
